Airwatergreen dehumidification technology needs half the energy as compared to traditional technology. It is also equally energy efficient at low temperatures. This makes it possible to lower unnecessary heating and instead establish a good climate by removing the moisture from the air. Airwatergreen products are very easy to install as they do not require any ventilation pipe ventilation. Dry air and water are produced on site and it is easy to connect all our products for monitoring.
WATER TREATMENT PLANTS
Challenge: High levels of humidity and high demands on cleanliness. Cold surfaces and pipes with a risk for condensation.
Our solution: Energy efficient dehumidification that continuously control the dehumidification to the right level. Advisable to use dew point sensors to optimise the dehumidification process.
Challenge: Cold pipes where condensation is easily formed.
Our solution: Control the dehumidification against the temperature of the surface of the cold pipes to reach the low moisture level needed to avoid condensation.
OPEN WATER BEDS IN FILTER HALLS
Challenge: Large open water surfaces that emit moisture. It is important to always keep the right temperature difference between the water surface and the air in the room.
Our solution: Control the dehumidification to maintain a suitable relative humidity (RH) level independent of the temperature.
Challenge: A correct and stable moisture level is required for the chemicals.
Our solution: Set the required moisture level and adjust the dehumidification capacity according to the moisture load that prevails over time.
STAFF AND OTHER AREAS AND STORES
Challenge: Important with good ventilation. A ventilation that in itself can constitute a moisture load during the summer months when the moisture in the air outdoors rises.
Our solution: Adjust the dehumidification capacity after calculated and assessed moisture load. Allow the dehumidifier to maintain the correct moisture level over time via its built-in sensors.
Product selection depends on the moisture load in the room / space. The moisture load can be measured and estimated by calculation.
In smaller to medium-sized spaces, FLEX is the natural choice. Dew point sensors can be used to control the FLEX against the correct moisture level to avoid condensation on cold surfaces. FLEX Can be mounted on wall bracket or stand freely on the floor.
REX is advantageously used in larger spaces such as Open water beds and Polymer rooms.
Both FLEX and REX can be connected to existing monitoring systems via Modbus.
