Dehumidification of properties

Public facilities require a certain proportion of outdoor air in their ventilation systems, which introduces moisture into the premises during parts of the year. Humidity and temperature should be kept relatively constant at levels below 55% RH to prevent corrosion and mold growth.

Moisture affects the entire building, from the structural elements themselves to the occupants and their health! Furthermore, materials and equipment stored or used within the premises can be damaged by excessive moisture levels leading to corrosion or mold formation.

In certain facilities, maintaining a stable climate year-round is critical. This involves dehumidifying and cooling in the summer, and heating as well as humidifying in the winter. We deliver this capability through our CVP technology integrated into the NEXT-S product!
