When you use our moisture control assessment tool, we record anonymously:
- Time stamp of when the evaluation was completed
- Which section you chose (Section A: facilities without systems, or Section B: facilities with existing systems)
- Which questions you marked as applicable to your situation
- Your total score
Purpose:
This anonymous data helps us understand common moisture control challenges in different types of facilities and improve our content and solutions.
What we do NOT collect:
- Your IP address
- Personal identification information
- Email addresses or contact details (unless you voluntarily provide them separately)
- Cookies related to the evaluation
- Your browsing history
Data storage:
Evaluation data is stored for statistical analysis and can be deleted after 12 months.
Legal basis:
This data collection is based on our legitimate interest to improve our services and understand our customers' needs (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
