Try NEXT before you invest

With our test setup, you can measure energy consumption, humidity, and system performance under real-world conditions before making an investment decision.

Make decisions based on actual figures

Every facility is unique.

That is why we do not believe that a data sheet or a spreadsheet alone should determine an investment decision.

A trial gives you the opportunity to see how NEXT works in your own production environment, with your processes and your operating conditions. During the trial period, we monitor how the solution affects factors such as energy consumption, humidity, and the climate in the facility.

You’ll receive decision-making support based on actual measurement data. At the same time, you can verify that NEXT creates the conditions you want to achieve, whether your goal is to reduce condensation, create a more stable climate, or lower energy consumption.

Once the test is complete, you’ll have more than just an estimate of the potential. You’ll have facts from your own facility that make it easier to make a confident investment decision.

Smarter moisture control for demanding environments

Here's how the test works

1 - We'll inspect your facility

We'll discuss your goals, your challenges, and which environment is best suited for a test.

2 - NEXT is being installed

The system is installed with minimal disruption to regular operations.

3- We follow up on the results

During the test period, we monitor, among other things: energy consumption, humidity, temperature, condensation, and operational data.

4 - You evaluate the results

After the test, we'll review the measurement data together and assess the potential benefits NEXT can provide for the facility in question.

A test that led to a full installation

The results were so positive that we decided to install seven NEXT units.
Facilities Manager
Global Brewery, Spain

Background information

The brewery had recurring problems with condensation in its cold production and storage areas. Previously, sorption dehumidifiers were used, but energy consumption was high and the climate was difficult to control.

Procedure

Two NEXT units were installed during a trial period. During that time, moisture load, operating conditions, and actual capacity requirements were measured.

Outcome

The test led to the installation of a total of seven NEXT units, distributed across the two facilities. The NEXT units are controlled based on data from external dew point sensors and now maintain an optimal climate to prevent condensation on the cold surfaces of the cisterns.

Frequently Asked Questions About Testing NEXT

How long does a test take?

Most tests last about two months. This provides enough time to monitor the facility during normal operation and gather reliable data to support decision-making.

Among other things, we monitor energy consumption, humidity, temperature, condensation, and other relevant operational data. The parameters measured depend on your facility and the challenges you want to address.

No. NEXT is a standalone solution that can be installed without major modifications to the facility. In most cases, the test can be conducted without affecting regular production.

No. The test is intended to provide a basis for decision-making. Only after the results have been evaluated should you decide whether NEXT is the right solution for you.

You will receive an overview of the results and a basis for decision-making based on actual measurement data from your own facility.

Discuss a test

A brief conversation is often enough to determine whether a test is relevant. Tell us about your facility, and we'll take the next step together.
