Airwatergreen Service

Our agreement supports and protects your business and investments through scheduled service and preventive maintenance. Our service delivery guarantees continued optimal performance for your dehumidifiers and carbon filters, ensuring the expected service life of your investment – including the dehumidifier as well as your building, equipment, and personnel.

Moisture measurement and consulting

We measure humidity levels and temperature over a period of time at selected locations in the building or premises to gather data for assessing potential moisture challenges.

The report includes collected data and our recommendations based on the measurement results and our expertise.

Installation

The Airwatergreen support organization provides installation in coordination with you.

Service agreements and extended warranty

The Airwatergreen service agreement ensures optimal operation and provides an extended warranty period of up to 5 years. Extensions beyond 5 years can be negotiated.

The agreement includes:

  • Regular, scheduled reviews and optimization of unit performance
  • Troubleshooting of minor corrections
  • Rectification of minor faults, including labor

Included materials:

  • Desiccant granulate
  • Air filter
  • Spare parts and wear parts
  • Activated carbon (Blackbox)

The service agreement typically runs for 12 months and is automatically renewed with a 1-month notice period prior to the next term.

Spare parts

Our OEM spare parts are engineered for optimal machine performance.

Overhaul and repair

Repair and overhaul of the dehumidifier can also be performed in the event of damage, without a service agreement, or if no service contract is in place.
