Background
Vårfruberga-Härad Parish is a parish of the Church of Sweden located in a rural area just west of Strängnäs. The parish includes four medieval churches of high cultural and historical value. The church building in Helgarö has suffered from long-standing issues with high humidity levels and mold growth on walls and furnishings.
