Background
Västerängsskolan is located in Håbo municipality. The school accommodates students from preschool class up to year 9, as well as after-school activities. It also houses municipal language classes for students in grades 1–9. There are approximately 500 students at the school.
The installation was prompted by complaints from staff and students regarding headaches and itchy eyes over a period of time. An inspection revealed mold in the crawl space beneath the school.
