Key Account Manager for Germany/DACH region
Your profile
- Successful experience in
- Project sales of technical products either stand-alone or as part of a system solution
- Value sales
- Direct sales to key customers
- Food, logistics and/or brewing industries
- Sales profile with a good sense of teamwork and follow-up skills
- Positive attitude and passionate about sales and business development
- Thrives in a fast growth strategy environment
- Masters of long-term customer relationships
- Result-oriented - strong finisher
- Speaks and writes English and German
- Prepared to travel 70+ days
- Based in Germany or the Netherlands
KAM Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales and marketing in Germany and potentially the DACH region
- Driving the commercial development and agenda in the region
- Create annual budget/sales strategy in the region together with CCO
- Part of the group sales department, consisting of 5 KAM / regional sales managers
- Continuously create a stream of leads, meetings and quotes
- Create and develop long-term relationships with key customers and partners
- Expert on your own market including trends, networks and competitive situation
- KAM role - but for the right profile potentially a regional sales manager role with own team
