Test NEXT before investing

With our test setup, you can measure energy consumption, humidity, and operation under real-world conditions before making an investment decision.

Make decisions based on real figures

Every facility is unique.

Therefore, we do not believe that a data sheet or calculation alone should determine an investment decision.

A trial gives you the opportunity to see how NEXT performs in your own production environment, using your processes and operating conditions. During the test period, we monitor how the solution affects energy consumption, humidity, and the facility's overall climate.

You receive a decision-making basis derived from empirical measurement data. At the same time, you can verify that NEXT achieves your desired outcomes, whether the goal is to reduce condensation, stabilize the climate, or lower energy consumption.

Once the trial is complete, you will have more than just an estimated potential. You will have hard data from your own facility, making it easier to make a confident investment decision.

Smart humidity control for demanding environments

How the trial works

1 - Facility assessment

We discuss your goals, operational challenges, and determine the most suitable environment for a trial.

2 - NEXT installation

The system is installed with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

3 - Results monitoring

Throughout the trial period, we monitor parameters such as: energy consumption, relative humidity, temperature, condensation, and operational data.

4 - Results evaluation

Following the trial, we review the measurement data together and assess the impact NEXT can deliver for your specific facility.

A trial that led to a full installation

The results were so positive that we decided to install seven NEXT units.
Plant Manager
Global Brewery, Spain

Background

The brewery experienced recurring condensation issues in cold production and storage areas. Previously, desiccant dehumidifiers were used, but energy consumption was high and climate control was difficult.

Methodology

Two NEXT units were installed for a trial period. During this time, moisture load, operating conditions, and actual capacity requirements were measured.

Results

The trial led to the installation of a total of seven NEXT units across the two areas. The NEXT units are controlled based on data from external dew point sensors, maintaining an optimal climate to prevent condensation on the cold surfaces of the tanks.

Frequently asked questions about trialing NEXT

How long does a trial last?

Most trials last for approximately two months. This provides sufficient time to monitor the facility during normal operation and gather reliable data for your investment decision.

We monitor energy consumption, humidity, temperature, condensation, and other relevant operational data. The specific parameters measured depend on your facility and the challenges you want to address.

No. NEXT is a standalone solution installed with minimal disruption to the facility. In most cases, the test can be conducted without affecting regular production.

No. The test is designed to provide a basis for decision-making. Only after the results have been evaluated do you decide whether NEXT is the right solution for your needs.

You receive a review of the results and a decision-making foundation based on actual measurement data from your own facility.

Discuss a test

A brief conversation is often sufficient to determine if a test is relevant. Tell us about your facility, and we will take the next step together.
